Schedule a class designed specifically for you, either at my studio or in the comfort of your own space. Whether you desire a gentle, focused session, a vigorous dynamic practice, or a harmonious mix of both, I’m here to help you connect more deeply with your physical and spiritual self. You set the pace, and we’ll move to the beat of your own rhythm. Investment for a 60-minute session starts at 50€*. Discounts available when you commit to a weekly ritual.
