The healing power of the breath

Always with us. The breath soothes the flight or fight response, encourages pause in panic, calm in stressful situations, and connects us back to our highest deepest self, our inner voice.
We will use the conscious breath to let go of the year gone by and introduce intentions for the year to come.

YIN, NIDRA & REIKI

Non Sleep Deep Rest

A generous long and slow Pure Yin Yoga class.

A surrendering ground based practice to open deeper connective tissue, tendons, ligaments, fascia and joints preparing us to come to rest in our Nidra Nest of blankets, cushions and eye-pillows.

Yoga Nidra, with zero effort on your part, you sink deeper into relaxation as your parasympathetic nervous system kicks in. Your body begins to recharge, cells regenerate and renew. Your body heals from the inside out.

Simply follow my voice and let go.

SOUND MEDITATION

108 Japa Prayer Mantra

We close our retreat with a journey inward. Closing off all senses but one as the power of sound and vibration carry us deeper into a trance like meditative state.

Japa Meditation has been used since ancient Vedic time to allow the physical body to move effortlessly into self-healing. Sometimes used with Mala beads, Japa meditation uses a repetition of a mantra which contains transformative healing power.

Mantras are used to practice mindfulness while inviting in spirituality and the Goddess Shakti. By repeating them you remove obstacles from your path and protect the mind.

Slow down. Nourish. Regenerate.

Due to the organisation and outsourcing for this event to take place, any cancellation within 72 hours will incur the full amount being charged. If you have to withdraw from the event before 72 hours in advance,  a refund minus 50% of the full amount will be charged.
